I am a Senior Product Designer with 7 years of experience in UX product design, service design, and interaction design. I am currently based in Seattle.
My expertise lies in strategizing cross-platform experiences and delivering the most intuitive end-to-end designs for consumer and enterprise-facing products across mobile, web, desktop, and AR/VR.
I am passionate about collaborating with stakeholders to build impactful, scalable design systems and products. My experience spans driving the Fluent Design System for Apple platforms at Microsoft, shaping voice-enabled AI strategies at Meta, and pioneering generative AI tools for content creation at LinkedIn. Most recently, I designed intuitive, seamless navigation and ride-discovery experiences at Uber. I excel at transforming complex technical challenges into clear, strategic design directions.

I was a service design consultant in Taiwan. My focus was on making emerging technologies more accessible and user-friendly for everyday use. Academically, I have earned a dual master's degree, consisting of a Master of Science in Information Management and an MBA from National Taiwan University.
